MD: Transferring MD to CD

Is there any software out there that makes it easier to transfer a MD to a CD including splitting the tracks on the CD to match the MD? I have a Sharp MD-R2 deck attached to my computer with a Toslink cable to a Hoontech sound card and am able to do a digital transfer. I also have a 702 portable
