OH yeah, I need to add that I need some ideas about the recorder and/or
player and anyone who has had any experience with any of these units tell me
your ideas so I can make this decision...
I appreciate it.

I've never even run out of space on the label that's affixed to the face
I like the MD cassette style cases (found on High Space MDs from Minidisco)
because you can write so much on the inserts, far more than can be written on
a MiniDisc slip case adhesive label.

Damned straight. I got a semi-random selection of blanks mailed to me from a
friend living in Japan for a few years. I was certain that they'd send a
'Hello-Kitty' disc in
I am also beginning to wonder if Sony's marketing/design experts are losing

I will soon have a Sony MD deck and would like to get
a compatible Sony CD changer with Custom File and CD
Text transfer (disc and track titles transfer
automatically as you record from CD to MiniDisc).
Does anyone know where I can get one of these for

Yes, but the inclusion of a digital output is so basic for this kind of
camcorder and really standard with any digital camcorder, so the only
thing I can think of is the SCMS angle for not including it on a MD
Discam. What if Sony's first MD unit had an MD recorder, CD player and
small speakers b

Hi Rodney,
I'm sure Sony will do better
What we are seeing here is the start of disc based video recording and the
ultimate end (hooray!) of tape as the storage medium.
It will probably take a while but I am sure this is the way of the
future...

Wow! You must be like, their first happy customer or something. Reading the
MD Forums, they are the most hated MD retailer of all time by the looks of
it...
I would recommend minidisco.com as they were super fast and had all kinds of
good stuff ;)
Ciao for now,

Has anyone purchased and used this software? I am interested in buying an
MD data drive, but prior to me doing so I want to know if it is worth the
(EXTREMELY) steep price for this software, on top of the high price for the
MDH-10/11.

I have a sound card with an optical output (Guillemot maxi sound

I have connected the digital out of my CDROM to the SPDIF_IN on the
sound card, and everything works, I get the track marks, etc
