I recently picked up the new Sharp 831 that came out not too
long ago. I've noticed something about it and i'd like to
know if any other people have noticed.
When i open the unit up, i notice that the door opens more

Has anyone succesfully ordered the Kanji remote for the
Sharp 831? Where would i order this? Even Sharp's
1-800 BE-SHARP phone number is a dead lead. It refers me
to a distributor who, I discovered, doesn't know what i'm
