Just get the ful sized ones and don't fill them up. Nobody will get
upset over it anyway and you will save a bundle. They have them for
under $1.00 us at this site http://www.discmarket.com/ (I am not
familiar with it, just sited it as an example.)

You can use a special plastic/cardboard ring ("was" standard issue
with "some" CD players in the early 90's)... this allows the smaller CDs to

Retail is anywhere from 3-4 dollars per Disc.
Leda Distribution will sell them to me wholesale for $1.40 each, but
only in spindles of 100.
