Just a final note on the MD Lens Cleaner discussion - I've had the opportunity of checking out a Sony MD-6LCL lens cleaning MD in the flesh. It looks like a pre-recorded MD - shutter on one side only. You insert the thing in the MD unit and press track 2, and it beeps when the job is done. Appa

DON'T USE THEM!! Unless, as a last resort to get a broken unit working before you send it in for repairs. Lens cleaners can damage the lens and put scratches on it. It is best to leave it alone. If youare having trouble with it tracking, try gently blowing dirt out of the unit with air. Wh
