I'm heading over to Hong Kong mid Oct and wonder which would be the better of the group to buy. I've currently got a Aiwa AM-F7 which is great. The features are good and I like the jog shuttle. The only thing is there is a slight hiss which is annoying as I don't think there should be any. I can play an MD, turn the vol to 0 and hear a hissing sound when in a quiet room. In a regular environment, I don't hear it, but it bugs me that it's there. I wonder if the F70 has gotten rid of that hiss. Size wise, looks like the Sharp or Sony are the winners. Any opinions on good/bad points of any of these recorders?
