sir, though you have exit what'sup messenger completely, it will still
remain connected. you have to use third party software in order to exit
what's up completely. I am using m guard, to do such task. I can help you
uploading m guard if you need.

or what'sup messenger, if you have install. What I normally do whenever I
face such issue is that I use to restore my phone by dialing *#7780#.
