well regarding your question, IPhone 5C is best buying
their is nothing is new, its just like old wine in new bottle
its hard ware specification as same as iPhone 5,
only the back side body has changed, now it have 5 different colours
available in
White, Pink, Ye
To add, battery life of 5C is pretty good than 4S etc.
