Hi, all: I read the document, it says "MySQL Server runs as a native Windows application" and "You will need VC++ 6.0 compiler" for MySQL Windows source distribution.
But we I try to download Windows binary package, it says "Since mysqlc contains Cygwin runtime DLLs, we also offer you the Cygwin sourcecode for compliance with GPL". What does this mean?
