I added a link on the Wiki and deleted some spam on various pages. We should
consider turning of self-registration, otherwise this is only a temporary
fix. Maybe someone with admin-privileges on the wiki can do that?

through all the build files and variants (especially not the
command line Makefiles and stuff).

On this machine I have Visual Studio 6, Visual C++ Toolkit 2003, and
Visual Studio 2005. The build files in CVS are for Visual Studio 6 and
Visual Studio .NET 2003. I'm not sure if it is worth spending time
