well, I just read on some site about changing /etc/hosts and adding your

Mandrake 8.0 and you want your mbr back the way it
was. If your going to install other Linux Distro's

I can't find this chip in the list of Mandrake supported hardware.
Any SB drivers that seem suitable don't suit.
