I have 80G harddrive and 1G memory. I need to install two operating 
systems (two linux distros) in the workstation. So, 60G will be
allocated 
for mandrake while the rest for the the other.

I tried to remove the partitions part and put the following:
       'partitioning' => {
                           'auto_allocate' => 1,
                           'clearall' => 1,
                           'eraseBadPartitions' => 0
                         },

But this configuration gave me the same error. 

Btw, I used the partition information from auto install disk I created 
when I finished installing mandrake manually without any problem.

Looking at your auto_inst.cfg, do you have enough room for the
partitions its trying to create? According to your file, its trying to
make: 43G / 2G swap 2G /tmp 2G /var 10G /export/tools total around 60
GB. Depending on your memory in the computer and what you have planned,
that's probably not a good partition scheme anyway. Anyway, I would
start there...looking at the size of the harddrive and what partitions
are trying to be created.
