Hi all,
I recently built a computer with a K6-2 500 Mhz processor, MVP4 chipset,
shared memory graphics, chipset-integrated AGP, LM 8.0, and a weird
persistant but infrequent mouse problem. Basically, the mouse stops pointing
to the correct spot on the screen. What I mean is, when moved to a

Plug in, boot up
In a terminal: cat /proc/pci

Hi all,
I want to set up an old computer I installed mandrake 8 on as a firewall for
my main PC. Does anyone know of a howto, forum discussion, book, or article
that might help me get started networking and firewalling?
Thanks,
Ben

Hi all,
I recently reinstalled Mandrake 8 on an old computer. After installing
staroffice in the user home directory, I ran staroffice, but instead of
starting it ran a repair program, telling me I needed sofficerc in
~/office52/user/sofficerc. Well, sofficerc is there alright, but staroffic
