Don't know if this helps butafter spending a little bit of time on the
Postfix website, (and seeing sendmail so prominantly mentioned), I decided
to uninstall postfix and install the latest version of sendmail. The
postfix website states

You could check your processes and grep for httpd or you can try to locate
the httpd.conf file...if it is version 7.1 then it is 1.3.12...soemthing
and there would also be a /home/httpd/html dir and that is a good sign
that it's there...chances are though if you just did a fresh install and

I'm trying to set up my system so that I can pop mail from it. My wife
has been having some serious issues with the @home mail (I'm sure a few of
you know what I mean)way back when the earth was cooling though I used
to be able to just uncomment the POP3 line in inetd.conf and run
profile or .bash_profile or .login file or
whatever you're using for whatever shell just add the line
/usr/games/fortune
now every time you logon some silly message will appear.

looking for...what you could do is just run it from a .login file when
you login or .profile depending on your shell.

I don't know if this is something I'm doing or if it is a quirk of the
6.5 distribution but whenever I start a session of TCSH I get this
error...
