I for one , use outlook express . The default setup is HTML .Most people probably don't realize this is a problem for some folks . To change it to text ( in outlook express ) , go to TOOLS / OPTIONS/SEND . Click the bullet into plain text , then click apply , then ok .While you're there , do th
