[newbie] starting kppp automatically

I got perlseti running this weekend on my ML 7.02 box. I use KPPP to dial into the internet. Can anyone give me some info on how I can automatically connect to the internet so I can keep seti running all of the time. Thanks, Later Gary

Can someone tell me the difference between the 2.2.13-7mdk kernel and the 2.2.13-7mdk smp kernel I am asking because I cannot compile a driver for the smp kernel for my SB live sound card. My linux box is set up with the smp kernel and the emu10k1.o driver is compiled for the 2.2.13-7mdk kernel.
