options- one needs a special configuration program that runs under DOS to

whereas the pcmcia card worked fine.
It all came down to IRQ and i/o conflicts. Have you checked those options?

Actually I was referring to a Gforce2 card (that's Nvidia) and it runs
beautifully:) Recommendable IMO.

Now this card was bought brand new, it's been in my PC i.e. it's unpacked.
I would definitely like to bring this 'thing' back with some arguments that
hopefully would make a diff if more were to do
