A message comes up and only stays in linux prompt. /dev/hdc2 unexpected inconsistency run fsck manually (i.e. without -a or -p options)

What version I had no problem with version 6.0 (on it's own hard drive) I wish I could get the rest of the setup working, now I can not get (windows) type going will only go to systems prompt. I have to delete a file, tryed many times, comes up with some type of BASH message [EMAIL PROTECTED] wr
