This is where I am downloading it from in the US

When I click the netscape icon the program comes up but seems to hang (blank white
page and
no mouse action works; use X-kill to shut it down) I tried to remove and then
re-install
but I'm a bit over my head here. I can still use the program when logged on at the
root
level but not at the us
I have just begun using linux and somehow have messed up the netscape in
my common user logon for kde/ still working fine in the root. any
suggestions on how to correct this?
