[newbie] Problems with Junkbuster & Webwasher

medium security on install but if I try to change the security level to something lower ( in kde) I don't think it's working as when I go and look it's always set to medium. I can access the internet OK via dial up (this is a standalone machine). I'm sure the fix is trivia
