Hello Allan, all

Looks like I replied to the wrong message, and didn't send it back to the list.  Sorry.

Okay, I tried fooling with the mixer volumes and that didn't help.  I have tried 
playing mp3's 
through kmp3 as well as xmms, and they both just freeze.  When I check task manager 
there 
are multiple copies of either one running (after killing it with x-kill).

Any help in getting this card up and running would be much appreciated.
