Edit your /etc/inetd.conf. At the bottom you will see the line with "SWAT" on it commented out, un-comment it. Then run "killall -HUP inetd". Now if you go into a web browser and depending on your setup go to localhost:901, or pcname:901 and use your regular root userid and password when it ask
