[newbie] Polish letters in programs written in Tcl/Tk

Hi!
I translate program TkGate to polish, and I have problem with polish letters
(iso8859-2). I have Mandrake 8.0 and I have polish letters in XWindow and
console, but not in TkGate. What should I do?
