I completed a successful installation of Mandrake 8.0 for PPC on my Apple Powerbook G4. I have two other partitions on my hard drive for Mac OS9 and OSX. After the installation my computer just booted straight to OSX. At the end of the install the installer said that there might be problems booting, and if that happened I should type setenv boot-device hd:4,\\:tbxi into open firmware. I tried that too, but when I restarted I got the blinking folder icon, and then the computer booted into OSX. Can anyone help?
