Yes, you are right there is another problem. Apparently when I let the Installation go auto on my partitions, it didn't make a big enough boot "/" partition. When I tried to load Star Office it over ran the partition and then the Xserver died. I now have to figure out how to enlarge /and not

I've got a S3 Trio3D in an IBM Netfinity 3000 that I have never got to work in anything but 1024x768 Frame Buffer mode, and unfortunately I fiddled with /etc/lilo.conf one to many times without an emergency disk and had to re-install Mandrake 7.1. It has never worked again even though I followed

I crash the KDE so hard that the only option I had was to reset my PC. (After waiting 30 minutes) I got the login screen of the X window. The login screen was changed (not the standard mandrake login) and had only one login option left (the KDE environment). Before the crash I had about 7 login op
