there's a setting for the browser part of Konqourer that you can enable all
cookies. I think it's in the configuration->browser.

There is a directory in the ~/home directory called .netscape (there's a
dot in front of that which makes it hidden).
In that directory there are two file: cookies, and history.list. Three are
two things you can do:
1. delete them. Or set a cron job to do it for you on a regular basis. or

Sure chmod 444 /home//.netscape/cookies
It may cause a problem with netscape, but that'll do it :)
