The DOS is easy...
c:\format a:
where a: is the drive to format.

Hello all,
Could anyone tell me the procedure for formatting a hard disk? I'm
adding a new drive to my system and would like to format it using
reiserfs. Also, I would like to know how to format a zip disk, is there
a tool something like the kde floppy formatter?
