Am I right to assume that based on the run level that you set in your inittab that that determines what series of rc.d scripts will get run? For example, if I have my run level set to 3 (non-graphical login), then the scripts in rc3.d will get ran, if I have it set to 5 (XWindows) then rc5.d will
