I have installed linx4win on my windows 98SE
partition. Works fine, i can login but I cannot activate startx because of my
monitor. It's a laptop with a trident cyberblade monitor. After activating
startx my computer tries a lot of trident-resolutions but nothing seems to
work.
With the installation I selected a custom monitor
because Trident was not available in the list.
I don't have experience with linux so please help
step by step, I'm a new newbie. Thanx!
