What kind of video card do you have? It could be a driver issue.

I have noticed though when I scroll in all three (Galeon, Konqueror,
Mozilla) browsers the screen becomes very fluid and wavy. Also if I move
a window I also get a very psychedelic effect of many exposures. Does
anyone know what causes this? It's not
