Why do you believe that the ports are not "open".
It could well be that your Firewall itself is responding to services on
those ports (such as http:80) which triggers these programs to tell you
that services are available there.
It's up to you to decide if you
have you tried grc.com shields up? he doesn't sell firewalls, so if he tells
you you have open ports, then the chances are that you do.. (he is quiet
well respected by peers too, except for Microsoft and the makers of BlackICE
Defender. :-)
