Closing in favor of aligned approach
Based on discussion with maintainers, I've discovered that PR #3274 already
covers the foundational SchemaForm work. Rather than develop this in parallel,
I'm pivoting to an **aligned extension strategy**:
- **Reuse** the SchemaForm foundation from #3274
- **Focus new work** on: form state correctness hardening, edge-case test
coverage, production integration patterns, and contributor documentation
- **Track as GSoC 2026 proposal** (issue #3347) for enhanced scope with
dedicated review
This approach eliminates duplication, reduces review burden, and positions
the work for stronger community impact. Thanks for the foundational work
here—it informed the design direction.
