which do not trigger a traceback and also offer a way for user to get a
"version report" (similar to the check_dependencies output).

This report contains two different issues.
a) Some dialogs do not have an icon (they use the openlp logo). This should be
changed. Each (where it makes sense) dialog should have it own icon. This is
the case for the following dialogs:
- Song Editor
- Shortcut Editor
