All the files play in Dragon Player. They also work in OpenLP 1405 and
older. It is between 1405 and 1419 that it broke for me. I though it
was maybe a problem with my install but I can reproduce it on 2
different 10.04 machines. I am also seeing the same error in a 10.10
VM.

I have attached a log where I tried to play a few different videos.
After I closed openlp this was in the terminal multiple times: request
to play a stream, but no valid audio/video outputs are given/available

error when trying to play (preview or live) a video with the following
extensions: mp4, ogg, and avi. The following extension work: mov & mpg.

I agree with Wesley that it should return to the theme or blanked theme.
Also, it would be nice if the blanking control button and pull-down were
added to the Live window when video is playing. Maybe reduce the size
of the volume slider and put it on the right side of the Live window?
