Songs don't load with latest build

I am having a similar problem. However, it doesn't seem to be a problem with
special characters. I'll list the details of my issue:
-all but 3 songs are missing in the songs tab (2 created by me, 1 included with
the default database)
-I can still access all the songs from the export and import me
