[OpenSocial] Links between Profile and Canvas view

I have links in the Profile view that I want the user to click on and have them go to the canvas view. How do we write something as simple as this? Currently, I would think coding the link as such would do the trick: href="Applications.aspx?AppID=" but we don't have access to the value.
