force another locale (this would surely be useful for testing), but
changing your Orkut "display language:" setting will change the locale

When I read the profile data for the language field, it is always
returning en-US. I am using
owner.getField(opensocial.Person.Field.LANGUAGES_SPOKEN). Changes in
my profile are not reflected in the return values of this call. Did
anyone face this problem?

I think just becoz yew created a new account b4 the first account got
deleted...
coz orkut gives every account a 24-hrs time to regain the account
again b4 it permenantly getz deleted..
so i suppose just bcoz yew created the new account in the given 24
hrs...
