currently (just a snippet, not your entire gadget)?

Looks like Sandbox is having UTF-8 issues forcing all message bundles
to be encoded as UTF-8.
My message bundle file is encoded with ISO-8859-1 and I have the XML
tag at the top. Unfortunately when I load the app, I see the accented
char replaced by "?" now.
Example of my messagebundle:

As fotos do orkut nao sao mais permitida salvar ou copiar em tamanho
grande... isso esta atrapalhando muito nossa vida. Eu trabalho em lan
house e tenho que ajudar muita gente e isso dificultou minha vida.
