My Orkut App is online since December 2008, but i just receive three e-
mails with statistics. And the last one in february 18.

I recommend that a click on that icon should take the user to the canvas
page, with a appropriate parameter so you know what do do. [Show the box].
This would be a good model for all apps to follow. Action on profile page is
a NavigateToView with right params for next action.

You *don't need* to use templates to do this.
You can continue to use the javascript API to do this.

sandbox. Please also note that we have enabled all apps on the profile
view only in the sandbox, for now.

I've noticed that in the gadget API its written that you can pass
opt_ownerId (the the ID of the owner of the page to navigate to) when
using the requestNavigateTo method.
For some reason I can't get it to work in my gadget. It always open
