It's indeed broken, a bug request was opened. It's too soon to comment on what's coming next to the Developer page, but I can say we're working on it. Thanks for reporting, Bruno! Robson, the sole purpose of this tool is to keep your app id the same (and thereby your installs, ranking, etc) while
