It seems the orkut application process works by the reviewer
"feeling". If he thinks it "should" work in a certain way, he simply
put it as an app error.

Shouldn't the app design be a developer responsability? If our design
doesn't go against the guidelines and the app works as intended by our
design shouldn't it be approved?

The reviewer answer:
"1.- Seu aplicativo não tem o funcionamento esperado quando um amigo
que
nao tem o aplicativo, ve o aplicativo em meu perfil.
2.- Seria ótimo se você puder criar atualizações dos highscores do
usuário y seus amigos, para ter um aplicativo mais social."

Translating:
1- Your app doesn't work as expected when a friend who doesn't have it
look at it im my profile.
2- It would be great if you could create highscores updates from the
user and his friends, for a more social app.

The problems is that the app does work as expected by our design in 1,
and considering item 2 is about activity streams, our current budget
doesn't allow us to implement it now, so its planned as a feature to
be released later.

As our app follow the guidelines and works correctly as we designed it
why isn't it approved?
