[orkut-developer] Lifecycle Events: ModulePrefs Link Tag

[orkut-developer] Sandbox is having UTF-8 vs ISO-8859-1 issues

Looks like Sandbox is having UTF-8 issues forcing all message bundles to be encoded as UTF-8. My message bundle file is encoded with ISO-8859-1 and I have the XML tag at the top. Unfortunately when I load the app, I see the accented char replaced by "?" now. Example of my messagebundle: áéíóú
