The UserComment parameter 'uc' is being ignored ! Is this a bug or a
feature?
While creating a promotion post, a default UserComment field is needed.
If users wish, they can change the comment.

The json in the page is not well-formatted. IE has issues parsing json
strings with extra commas at the end. This seems to be the problem
