Hi André. Unfortunately, this isn't possible yet. If you want to move
your application, your only recourse now is re-submitting, which
unfortunately means you lose all of your existing users. I know URL
aliasing has been discussed, but I believe this is still some time
away.

Absolutely correct. At the moment, applications aren't associated with
a Google account (this is likely to change some day, however) so
changing ownership isn't an involved process. You should definitely
update the author and author_email ModulePrefs attributes straightaway
as we occasionally use
If your application is in live. Just change the ModulePrefs with new
developer information (orkut ppl really want the contact information).
