how. i have tried about everything i can think of and get one
Thanks to the person who suggested disabling legacy usb support in the bios.
That let me go past the keyboard language screen and install opensolaris on an
unused virtual disk.
Now there are missing third party drivers for the wireless network card,
Broadcom Airforce1 (54G), and for the Intel 8
I am starting opensolaris from the free cd received on 9/12/09.
The boot proceeds to a screen that asks for a usb keyboard language selection,
(press enter for default <43>).
My keyboard is dead at this point.
Using an older gateway laptop.
