I for one would like to see a less elitist type of society for the
average Joe. Most newbies are turned off by the egos, the
over-their-heads information. It's hard enough to get them to show up
the first time. I think there is too much "me" and not enough "you"
orientation.

I have corresponded briefly with both Daryl, and with Tom Roberts, the
Editor of their magazine. Like Kenneth, I did a whois on the domain to
find Daryl, and then I wrote him.
Being moderately cynical when it comes to human institutions, I was
