Is the paying customer thing dynamic? or do you know who and how many at any one
time? I don't have any experience with clustering, so I'll be answering this
question with one server in mind.

associated with a distinct web site. If you have multiple applications you want under
the same web site, ie www.blah.com, then you just make multiple applications in the
web-site file that points its host to www
