No, here is what I'm doing - System email addresses management: otrs@localhost is set to invalid, [EMAIL PROTECTED] is set to valid. Auto response management: default reply is the only one set to valid for now, and the only one in auto response <-> queue for RMA queue. I then log in as a tes

Hi, In the page "Compose answer for ticket:" I want to know in which cases do you use the options "yes" and "no" here: "Is the ticket answered" (Yes/No) and in which cases do yo use the options "Successful Closed" and "Unsuccessful Closed" here: "Next Ticket State" Thanks. Diego __
