First let me apologize if this is a basic question: I just started at a new
position, and one of my responsibilities is administering OTRS (version
1.2.2).
Our main queue is currently displaying a ticket count as follows:
Tickets Available: 56
All Tickets: 45
This is a discrepancy
I just installed otrs, from cvs on a FreeBSD 4.10 with
apache 1.3.27 and mod_perl 1.29_1
I went through all the docs, and everything worked like it
should, ran the installer it completed without a hitch
Went to the login screen which came up fine, and logged in

running otrs 1.3.1 pretty well i wondered about an _huge_ amount of
messages like the one at the bottom in my error.log.
Can anybody tell me where to extend the Max. size of SessionData ? Or
