2006-02-16 Thread Matt Linton
Hello all; Our team has defined a queue for asset tracking updates. A user emails us to let us know to update their location when they move offices. Because we want to be fair about it, we'd like to assign those tickets to a random one of us each time one comes in. I tried using GenericAg

[otrs] otrs closed tickets updates?

2006-02-16 Thread danlist
When I close a ticket, should otrs send the statements entered into the "closed" ticket window in email to the ticket open/requester? They receive the ticket closed email, but not the statements entered? Any ideas? Thanks Dan Metcalf Wireless Broadband Systems www.wbisp.com 781-577-2780 ext 60
