Hello friends
I m workng with otrs few months back.It was workng
absolutly fine..
But now suddenly,when Customer/agent
User tries to create a ticket. It is giving error as
follows:::
Error: Need TicketID!
ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.8.5 OS: linux Time: Fri
Feb 17 12:47:55 2006
Hello all;
Our team has defined a queue for asset tracking updates. A user emails
us to let us know to update their location when they move offices.
Because we want to be fair about it, we'd like to assign those tickets
to a random one of us each time one comes in. I tried using
GenericAg
When I close a ticket, should otrs send the statements entered into the "closed"
ticket window in email to the ticket open/requester? They receive the ticket
closed email, but not the statements entered?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Hi Simone,
Sorry for the late response, I've been busy... You can safely delete (or
comment out) these lines
#Find all ticket links for First Time Fixes
$sql = qq~
SELECT DISTINCT(ticket_id_master)
FROM ticket_link
~;
$statement
We added some additional note-types like "remote connection" and "field
work" directly into the database.
That works fine for us and perhaps could also suite your requirements.

Hi Guys
Anytime I click the CustomerID on the AgentMailBox screen
I get the following error message
Software

Can't use an undefined value as a HASH reference at /var/www/localhost/otrs-1.3.2/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/Ticket/Article.pm line 1004.

Hallo.
IŽm not sure if this is a bug or missconfiguration (Limits?) of otrs.
If there are more than 1000 "Locked Tickets" the "New messages" are not
completly shown. Please take a look at this url:
http://monotek.ath.cx/images/otrsbug.png
Like you can see there are 1051 "Locked Tickets" and 15 "
hmmm,
then keep on taking your time,
it seems it is really helpful ;)
thanks

Hi All,
I wanted to repeat my question, isnt there someone
who had this error and find a solution :(
When I configured OTRS for 'utf-8' support and use
some Cyrillian characters in creating a new ticket I
got an
error saying:
"Wide character in syswrite at
C:/OTRS/Perl/lib/Net/Cmd.pm line 436."
via ODBC you may see the appropriate
tables in m$-Access.
then you should be anble to move the
data from one tab to another.
